Refund policy

Items bought on adorejadorecouture.com will gladly be accepted for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self tanner, pet hair, must not have been washed or have a distinct smell including deodorant and perfume. Refunds will be returned back to the same payment method used at the time you placed the order, excluding any shipping and handling costs. ALL TAGS WILL NEED TO BE ATTACHED IN ORDER TO RETURN.

In the event your item is defected or damaged (we're deeply sorry 😣), please contact us email@adorejadorecouture.com within 7 business days from the date of delivery and we will gladly issue a return or exchange. The time it takes to receive the credit depends on your card issuer's policy.
